8 oz softened Manacheese™
1 stick softened butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar
Beat the butter and cream cheese together until smooth. Add the vanilla. Then add the confectioner’s sugar slowly, about 1/2 cup at a time. You may wish to add a few drops of blue and black food coloring to give the frosting a natural manatee coloring.
Manacheese™ Hors d’ouevres
Spread a thick layer of Manacheese™ on a cracker and garnish with a shred of nori. It looks like an elegant appetizer!
